Samsung may anytime launch the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and the latest reports suggest that the model may get unveiled on September 26, 2024. As per a post that was posted on Samsung’s Vietnam YouTube channel on September 21, announcing the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on September 20. Meanwhile, it can be seen in the video that there was mention of a new phone that has a metal frame as well as three rear facing cameras which is highly likely the Galaxy S24 FE according to us.
The video also mentioned that on September 26, a new phone will be introduced and that makes our assumption even more stronger. However, that is just a guessing and no official announcement has been made by the company yet. The launch will happen at 10pm in Vietnam so for Indians it’d be 8:30 PM IST. Let’s take a look at what we know about S24 FE.
Galaxy S24 FE Design and Specifications
It is highly possible that the device will be similar to Galaxy S24 in terms of design and specification. Although, there may not be any experimentation with the design, there will be several color options to choose from. The colour includes yellow, light blue, grey, black and light green. Like we mentioned earlier, the model will feature a metal frame with rounded corners.
Talking about the hardware specifications, the rumours suggest that the device will have Exynos 2400 Chipset. The Display is going to be around 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. Now comes the most important part, the camera setup. Let us tell you that the device will have 3 rear camera cutouts in which there will be 50MP primary sensor, 12MP ultrawide lens, 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Finally, the Battery of this device is the same as that of the previous which is 4,500mAh.
Samsung has promised 7 years of OS updates for this device just like how it does for the Galaxy S24. Along with the Galaxy S24 FE, samsung may also unveil the Galaxy Tab S10+ and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S24 FE and start selling those three devices at the same time in Vietnam. As per information available, the device may be a high-end or mid-range device. The company started pre registration for the upcoming device yesterday on 21 September who may enjoy special benefits of a discount of up to VND 2 million (~$81.20) on the device.
