1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7/Seven-days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. 2. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or different. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and refund will automatically be initiated to your original method of payment within 2 to 7 working days.
5. Cancellation Policies: Once order is confirmed, user can not cancel the order. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation.
