Rolls-Royce has launched the premium Cullinan facelift which is also known as the Cullinan Series II in India. The starting price is Rs 10.50 crore for the standard version and for the black badge version the price is Rs 12.25 crore. The SUV has been given a completely new look with updated interiors as well as exteriors. It made its Global debut in May 2024 before being launched in India as the most expensive SUV in India.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II specifications

The car is powered by the 6.75 litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that produces 571hp and 850Nm of torque in the standard variant and in the black badge variant, it produces 600hp and 900Nm torque. However, both the variants feature the same 8-speed automatic gear box that enables the distribution of power to all the four wheels through a special system called the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system

Let us tell you that the price of this engine alone is Rs 3.55 crore to Rs 4.05 crore which, in fact, is costlier than the engine of its predecessor. Moreover, the updated SUV standard version costs Rs 3.55 crore more than the pre-facelift Cullinan which was priced at Rs 6.95 crore. Similarly, the New Black badge is costlier by Rs 4.05 crore than its predecessor. According to the manufacturer the model will be available in the Indian market for purchase in the fourth quarter of this year.

Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Exterior design

Talking about the exterior design and updates, the car has slimmer headlamps that feature L shaped LED daytime running lights which have been extended till the bumper. On one hand the front bumper has got a complete new design that aims for a more sportier look. On the other hand, the rear bumper has been upgraded with a stainless-steel skid plate. Also the iconic grille has been enhanced with a yet sophisticated design which significantly makes it more luxurious. And finally the new Cullinan comes with new wheels too.

The ultra costly SUV has been equipped with the latest version of the spirit infotainment system which provides a higher degree of customisation or personalisation. It is to an extent that the buyer can completely change the colour of the instrument to match the car’s paint work. Due to its high end price tag there is no direct arrival to this car in India except that the Bentley Bentayga is also a luxury car has a price range of Rs 4.10 crore to Rs 6.75 crore and still its price is much lower than the Cullinan.

Mukesh Ambani buys Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II

Let us tell you that Mukesh Ambani had recently got his hands on the first Cullinan Series II in the country which is his 10th Cullinan buy. However, it is the standard series II model and not the black badge variant, which is comparatively higher in price.
