Samsung Galaxy is here with yet another exciting announcement of brand new smartphones and tablets with some smart technologies. The brand introduced Galaxy S24 FE, the Galaxy Tab S10+, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, and the Galaxy Watch FE LTE at the Samsung 837 store event that was held on September 28, 2024 in New York. There’s a lot of hype around these Galaxy devices, especially the S24 FE, as it is the first ever mid-range phone from Samsung to have Galaxy AI.

The Galaxy S24 FE is priced at around Rs 54,000 and falls in the mid-range category but still has premium features and that’s because it is integrated into the Galaxy AI1 ecosystem that aims to provide premium smartphones at an affordable price to its customers. Samsung is on a mission to make its latest AI tools accessible to a wider range of audience that will significantly enhance productivity, communication as well as creativity. Galaxy S24 FE will be available for ordering from October 3, 2024.

Let us tell you that the Galaxy FE series by Samsung solely focuses on Fan Edition (FE) branded Galaxy phones that are priced lesser than Galaxy S peers but still provide amazing performance with good design and good features. The Samsung Galaxy AI driven features include Circle to search, note assist, interpreter, live translate, transcript assist and browsing assist out of the box. The circle to search feature is widely appreciated by the customers and having it in the mid range phones will make customers really happy.

The Galaxy S24 FE will have an AMOLED display of 6.7 inches which is bigger than that of the S23 FE which was having 6.4 inches display. The phone provides a 4700 mAh battery that will improve the large battery capacity. Then comes the most important part, the camera, it has 50MP main camera, 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and 12MP ultrawide lens, a nearly identical setup to the Galaxy S24 and S23 FE. Samsung has further introduced the ProVisual Camera Engine that aims to improve detailing and textures in photos.

The device was displayed in the event in multiple colours like blue, mint green, grey and graphite. Hands on experience suggests that the phones are lightweight, have smooth scrolling, feature the classic samsung design with three cameras on the back and the review also mentioned that they have 120hz refresh rate. Moreover, Samsung S24 FE is powered by the brand’s In-house processor the Exynos 2400e processor instead of the traditionally used Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, just like how Apple wants to use its in-house processor and say goodbye to Qualcomm. Furthermore, Samsung has promised a 7 year software update and security patches for the S24 FE.
